We are a unique and different home kit company in that we pay particular attention to our customers' needs and desires. When purchasing a custom home kit from us you have the opportunity to choose one of our model kits or to take advantage of our expertise to design the home of your dreams TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS!

Once the design is drawn up and reviewed by you (and revised, if necessary) we begin the process of preparing your kit for delivery. You will be given a complete set of plans certified by our in-house structural engineer, along with shop drawings showing each wall with door and window openings, as well as all joists and trusses to be cut and located. The shop drawings are presented in simple dimensions enabling you to erect and label the walls in sections off site, quite similar to the Erector Set you enjoyed as a kid.
